Our meat raffle has gone VIRTUAL, but don’t worry, you can still have fun, eat snacks, and win prizes and glorious meat packages all from the comfort of your couch! We have made it as easy as possible for you to participate, here’s how:
Buy Your Meat Raffle Tickets: we have three packages to choose from. Use an email address that you have easy access to as that is where you will receive all of your meat raffle info from here on out. Cut-off to purchase tickets for the meat raffle is Friday, June 11th. You will receive a link to the meat raffle event & your meat raffle round tickets in an email the day before the event.
Purchase any extra raffle tickets: We have some AWESOME side-raffles going on! There’s a door prize raffle with 3 prizes worth at least $200, a lottery board raffle, and we are also raffling off this year’s hottest item; a PS5 (disc edition)! You have up until intermission on the night of the meat raffle to purchase these tickets. All tickets are digital so you don’t have to keep track of anything, if you win we will let you know!
The Night of The Event: Check your email for an event link and your meat raffle round ticket numbers. Gather your snacks and get ready for the fun to begin! Our auctioneer will spin the (virtual) wheel and announce each winner just like at an in-person raffle. You can chat with us or just sit back and relax. Can’t make it? No problem, you will be notified by email if you win any of the rounds.
Pick Up Your Winnings: Again, check your email to double check if you have won. Pick up of all meat and raffle items is at Bornhava (25 Chateau Terr, Amherst, NY 14226) Saturday, June 19th from 11:00am – 2:00pm. Any meat not picked up during this window will be donated to a local non-profit.
